Outline of Annual Research Achievements

動物実験において、幹細胞枯渇病態の細胞治療、細胞派生品（培養上清など）治療を行い、その有効性を評価した。
１)疾患モデル：当面は、放射線障害モデルについて、6か月以上症状が固定した慢性化モデルを用いた。上記の治療を行ったあと、３、６か月後に下記の有効性の評価を行った。
２）移植実験：疾患マウスにおける自家移植治療に引き続き、免疫不全動物を使ったヒト細胞および派生品治療、およびマウスにヒト幹細胞を投与する異種移植モデル（幹細胞の多くは免疫寛容：細胞を含まない派生品）までを行った。
完成した幹細胞枯渇モデルの治療（幹細胞による）の試みだけでなく、放射線療法の直後に予防投与することの有用性についても、検証を行った。成績の一部は、Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery誌に、投稿し、掲載された。
