Outline of Annual Research Achievements

協調型自動運転などの高度な連携協調システムを実現するためには,高効率かつ高性能な車両IoT情報処理基盤が必要となる.車両IoT情報処理基盤における処理量の増加と品質向上を同時に実現するためには,通信・計算・ストレージ資源の最適な制御が必要である.この制御において各車両が観測できる状態空間に限界があるため,各車両における独立な制御ではなく,車両間の制御方式に関する知識共有に基づいた最適化が重要である.本研究では,フェデレーテッド・ラーニング(Federated Learning: FL)手法を導入し,複雑で多様な動的環境にも対応できる車両間協調と自己進化型制御手法を開発することで最適な制御技術を確立した.

既存のFLを飛躍的に高性能化させるため,2022年度の成果に基づき,2023年度には,以下の4つの手法の改良・評価をした:(1) 深層強化学習ベースのFL情報処理基盤技術の研究を行い,動的なタスク処理要求,複雑な周囲状況における資源配分を最適化する技術を確立した;(2)ファジィ論理を用いた事前学習を改良し,FLの収束を大幅に加速化し,複雑な動的環境における最適な資源配分モデルを早期に達成することに関する技術を確立した;(3) ファジ論理に基づいた学習クライアント選択とモデル集約手法の改良を行い,複雑な動的環境における学習クライアントへの評価をより正確にする技術を確立した;(4)自律分散環境におけるブロックチェーンの導入し,車両の移動,リソース制限を意識したコンセンサスアルゴリズムと台帳管理技術を確立した。

シミュレーション評価に加えて,FL学習クライアント選択とモデル集約手法のプロトタイプを開発し,実ネットワーク環境において提案手法の評価を行い,それの有効性を検証した.
