| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
今年度までに、30遺跡から得られた試料である739点の土器胎土、112点の付着炭化物からの脂質の抽出、GC-MS,GC-c-IRMS分析を完了した。分析結果に基づいて縄文時代から弥生時代への転換期にあたる、日本各地および朝鮮半島における対象時期の調理内容について検討した。キビの生物指標を複数の試料から検出するなど新来の要素も確認できたものの、全体的に縄文的要素の色濃い残存状況が確認された。中部地域の６遺跡（愛知県３、山梨県３）を題材にCulinary continuity in central Japan across the transition to agricultureと題する論文を共同研究者とともに執筆し、国際誌Archaeological and Anthropological Sciencesにアクセプトされた。まもなく出版される予定である。また、九州および朝鮮半島の成果についても分析結果をまとめ、次年度の日本考古学協会第90回大会にて研究発表をおこなうことになっている。その他、中国地方、関東地方、東北地方の分析結果についても考古学的情報との対応関係などを整理中である。

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
地理的・時期的に補強が必要なものについて整理し、さらなるサンプリング・分析をおこなうとともに、これまでに蓄積した多くのデータを有効に活用し、論文としてまとめていくほか、博物館の特別展示などを通じ、一般向けの情報発信にも力を入れる予定である。具体的には、あいち朝日遺跡ミュージアム、出雲弥生の森博物館ですでに展示協力をおこなう計画となっている。
