Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
・名古屋大学で受光部を交換修理して感度校正した高感度全天カメラ1式について、令和5年9月にドイツ南部のZugspitze観測点へ設置して自動定常観測を開始した。エチオピアは引き続き現地の内戦のために大学が入構禁止になっており設置ができていない。ZWO社の小型CMOSカメラ3台について、エジプトのアレキサンドリアにあるE-JUST大学で試験観測を行い、大気重力波の観測ができることを確認した。引き続き自動定常観測のためのシステム構築を現地で行っている。 ・既存のカナダ、北欧、アイスランド、アラスカ、日本、インドネシア、タイ、オーストラリア、ナイジェリアなどの観測点における光学・電磁場計測器による観測、北海道陸別のSuperDARNレーダー、ノルウェーのナトリウムライダーの計測を維持・継続した。これらの観測データとGNSS衛星電波受信器網のデータのデータベース化を行った。 ・これらの観測から、オーストラリアのダーウィンと鹿児島県の佐多岬での中間圏大気重力波や中規模伝搬性電離圏擾乱(MSTID)の10年以上の長期変動の特性を明らかにした。また、フィンランドの観測から、高緯度MSTIDには明確な低緯度側境界があることを見出し、中緯度MSTIDとの違いを明らかにした。さらにサブオーロラ帯の高エネルギー粒子降込みによる銀河電波吸収が、磁気嵐中のサブストームで経度方向に拡がる様子を明らかにするなど、数多くの研究成果が得られている。これらの研究成果は、国内外の学会・研究会で紹介され、論文として公表された。

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
ウクライナ危機や現地の事情により、一部の観測が実施できていないが、既存のカナダ、北欧、アイスランド、アラスカ、日本、インドネシア、タイ、オーストラリア、ナイジェリアなどの観測点における光学・電磁場計測器による観測、北海道陸別のSuperDARNレーダーなどの計測を維持・継続できている。また、ノルウェーのナトリウムライダーも引き続き令和5年度も観測を継続している。これらの観測データとGNSS衛星電波受信器網のデータのデータベース化を行った。また、また、小型カメラを開発し、上記のようにいくつかの海外観測点に送付を開始できている。さらにこれらの地上観測データをあらせ衛星などの衛星データやモデリングと比較した解析を実施し、得られた成果を国内外の学会・研究会や論文で紹介・発表している。

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
令和6年度には、小型カメラを中心とした自動定常観測を新たにエチオピアやエジプトで立ち上げていく。また、既存のカナダ、北欧、アイスランド、アラスカ、日本、インドネシア、タイ、オーストラリア、ナイジェリアなどの観測点における光学・電磁場計測器による観測、北海道陸別のSuperDARNレーダー、ノルウェーのナトリウムライダー等の地上観測を維持・継続する。前年度に引き続き、これらの新しい観測データや、GNSS衛星電波受信器網のデータのデータベース化を行う。さらに、これらの地上観測データをあらせ衛星などの衛星データやモデリングと比較した解析を実施し、研究成果を上げていく。得られた成果は国内外の学会・研究会や国際誌に論文として紹介・発表し、さらに共同研究を発展させる。
