Summary of the Research Project	小胞体品質管理において、不良膜タンパク質の分解経路としてERADがよく知られているが、リソソームを介した分解経路の分子メカニズムは未解明であった。本研究では、このリソソーム分解経路に細胞質ユビキチンレセプターTOLLIPによる基質認識が関与するという発見を発展させて、多面的な解析によってリソソーム分解経路の全体像の解明を目指す。
Scientific Significance and Expected Research Achievements	ストレス応答キナーゼの研究で業績のある応募者が自身の発見をベースに新たに不良タンパク質の分解経路解明に挑戦する研究である。実績のある網羅的スクリーニング系や人工基質を用いたインタラクトーム解析など特徴的なアプローチを採用しており、疾患とも大きく関連していることから波及効果のある成果が期待できる。
