TTS音声合成においてユーザが望む目標音声を作り込むための音声デザイン技術（ビスポーク音声デザイン）の研究開発を目的とした提案。音声としての自然さを残しながら、ユーザの要求に合わせて、パラメータをインタラクティブに調整する手法の開発を目指している。

応募者は音声合成研究の豊かな実績があり、共同研究者も声質変換アプリの商品化に取り組むなど、研究開発体制は整っている。深層学習を利用する場面やレガシーな信号処理方法を使う場面など、それぞれの長所短所を使い分けて全体のアーキテクチャがデザインされており、目標達成可能性は高い。
