Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I examined the changes in gender role attitudes and work-family conflicts before and during forced telework from home in the Tokyo area in Spring 2020, and shed light on their first experience with telework. I investigated how mandatory telework had affected knowledge management based on telework frequency and prior telework experience and found significant differences. Training and practice of remote work can decisively increase knowledge management efficiency for telework novices and working one day a week in the office contributes to higher knowledge management among experienced coworkers.
