Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In AY2023 the research project was seriously delayed. There was little progress. because the data collection which was planned for this year could not go ahead. The partner organization for the data collection could not be engaged for the project. This is now being planned for AY2024. A new partner for data collection was found and contacted and preparations for the data collection in AY2024 have been made.

Reason
The data collection was not conducted because the partner organization that was planned to collect the data could not be engaged. The partner could not fulfill the requirements for the discrete choice model. A new partner has been found and preparations are being made to collect the data in AY2024.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
The data collection and data analysis will be conducted in August and September of 2024. The data analysis will commence immediately after the collection is completed and finalized in December. The research paper will be written in The Jan-March period and a draft will be submitted to the Journal of International Business Studies in March.

Causes of Carryover |
The data collection could not be conducted in 2023 because the supplier for the data collection could not be used. A new partner has been found and will conduct the data collection in 2024 and the carrier over funds shall be used for it.
