Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The reslt found that huge number of teenagers are having a frustrated life inside the camp. They find no hope at the end of the tunnel. The objective of this policy was to find out the current policy's problems. The result shows a big gap between the policies and the practical situations of the country. The government is providing an educational plan that would be helpful for them when they go back to their homeland, but practically, they have no plan to return to their homeland. Although Rohingya repartition has started, the number is very nominal. It will take decades for them to return if they return at this current rate. The government and international organizations are working hard to help the FDMN, but many practical issues prohibit them from solving their problems.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
Although the research did not go well at the beginning because of COVID -19 las,t year, the research went very well, and it is going smoothly. It will take longer to find out the concrete result as Rohingya problem cannot be solved in two-thee years. This is one of the biggest Rohingya camps in the world. Rohingya children are not allowed to leave the camp and also are not allowed to enter the local schools. They are facing educational and social discrimination. This result shows that Rohingya would not go back to their country soon. So, suppose the Rohingyas are educated in their language, which is not Bangla. In that case, Bangladesh will have a considerable number of unskilled people who cannot work there because of language and education issues.
