連続体理論とそのトポロジーにおける古典的問題およびグラフ理論への応用に関する研究

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究期間初年度はdecomposable continuumのクラスに関するいくつかの結果を得た。具体的にはD-continuumであること、D*-continuumであること、D**-continuumであることおよびWilder continuumであることがすべてWhitney prppertyとなることがわかった。さらに任意の連続体に対して遺伝的に弧状連結であること、遺伝的にWilderであること、遺伝的にD*であることおよび遺伝的にD**であることが同値であることを示した。これは2020年にピッツバーグ大学グリーンズバーグ校のBenjamin Espinoza氏と示した結果「遺伝的にDであるJaniszewski continuumが存在する」とは対照的である。これらの結果は論文にまとめて現在投稿中である。しかし上記の諸性質がWhitney reversible propertyとなるかどうかに関しての結果は得ていないので、今後の検討課題となる。また、colocally connected continuumに関しては次のような結果を得ており、これらの結果に関しては現在論文として執筆中である。
・Colocally connectedであることはWhiteney propertyとなる。
・Colocally connectedであることはWhiteney reversible propertyとはならない。
