Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this project, we analyze the temporal evolution of entire networked social and economic systems from the perspective of control engineering and dynamical systems. In particular, starting from the game-theoretic equilibrium structure and the hierarchical structure of information exchange, we quantify the relationship between the individual gain maximization problem and the maximization of aggregate profit, which has rarely been considered in control engineering to date, and analyze rational and irrational choices under imperfect information, equilibrium states and their bifurcations, stability, feedback coupling, and so on. By analyzing equilibrium states and their bifurcations, and stability properties, we have explored phenomena that cannot be found in static games, and established a fundamental theory for clarifying the principles of human and social behavior.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
