| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, in order to create oil-in-water emulsion for oral delivery, a suitable oil was found. The purpose of this research was to clarify the important properties of oils for oral delivery using same model drugs in different oils. From the results, a new methodology to find a suitable oil was established.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
経口投与（飲み薬）は最も一般的な薬の投与方法であり、本研究によって生まれた新しい経口デリバリーシステムの方法論は将来の社会的にも非常に意義のあるものである。また報告書内でも述べたように、統一された条件での異種の油状物質間の比較検討は難しく、その解決策の可能性を示す段階まで進んだことは学術的にも意義があると考えられる。
