Outline of Annual Research Achievements

令和4年度に行った研究は、以下の通りである。１）菱刈鉱床産の輝安鉱を入手し、流体包有物観察のための両面研磨薄片の作成を行った。２）北海道北部・雄武町の北隆鉱床周辺の探鉱地域を対象とした地質調査を行い、地表露頭、転石、試錐コアなどの熱水変質岩と含金石英脈のサンプルを採取し、顕微鏡観察、XRD分析、全岩化学分析、脈石鉱物および鉱石鉱物を対象にSEM-EDS/CL分析、EPMA分析、流体包有物分析を行った。３）フィリピン・Mankayan地域を対象に地質調査を行い、熱水変質岩と鉱脈のサンプルを採取し、顕微鏡観察、Ar/Ar年代分析、全岩化学分析、鉱石鉱物のEPMA分析、流体包有物マイクロサーモメトリー分析およびガス組成分析の試料分割とカナダへの送付、硫黄同位体分析を行った。４）鹿児島県の赤石鉱床の含金珪化岩を対象に顕微鏡観察、全岩化学分析、脈石鉱物および鉱石鉱物を対象にSEM-EDS/CL分析、EPMA分析を行った。５）この他に関連する研究として、ナミビア北西部の複数のCu-Ag鉱徴地、ボツワナの緑色岩帯中に胚胎する複数の金鉱床、モザンビークの金鉱徴地、フィリピンの複数の斑岩銅-金鉱徴地、タイの複数の錫-タングステン鉱床、インドネシアの複数の錫、銅、金鉱床/鉱徴地、秋田県の複数の黒鉱鉱床等を対象とする地質調査の実施とサンプル採取、各種室内実験と解析を行った。新規鉱体の探査や探鉱に有用な情報を提供するために、室内実験データに基づきそれぞれの鉱床/鉱徴地の形成条件とメカニズムの解析を行った。

Reason

当初予定していた5地域の研究対象のうちの４鉱床の研究に着手済みであり、それ以外にも複数の熱水鉱床を研究対象に加えた研究を進めている。また、流体包有物のガス組成分析の試料の用意とカナダの共同研究者への送付をスムーズに行った。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

複数の熱水鉱床および鉱徴地の鉱物組み合わせや化学組成などの基礎的な実験データが得られたので、現在までの研究成果を学会発表等で成果公開し、流体包有物のマイクロサーモメトリーとガス組成分析や安定同位体分析などの応用的な室内実験を行うとともに、それぞれの鉱床の形成条件とメカニズムの解析を行う。

Causes of Carryover

地質調査等の出張を次年度に実施すること、今後の消耗品購入や外注分析の予定の関係から次年度使用額が発生した。
