| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
これまでの研究結果より、サルモネラのポリアミン恒常性が本菌の病原性発現に関与することを明らかにした。また、ポリアミンは遺伝子発現制御に関与するため、ポリアミン依存性発現をする遺伝子を同定した。これらの中にはサルモネラの病原性に関わる因子も含まれており、現在、その分子メカニズムの解明を試みている。

サルモネラ病原性発現における、同定したポリアミン制御下因子の役割を明らかにし、ポリアミンコントロールによる感染制御の可能性を探る。

輸入品など納期が大きく遅れたものがあり、次年度使用額が生じたが、翌年度分の助成金と合わせ、適正な使用計画を立てている。
