The difficulty of the formulation of organoid composed by human pancreatic ductal carcinoma caused delays of research plan. Since we found some beneficial results in the process of searching database, we had reported the some papers.

| Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
KRAS遺伝子変異は、下流遺伝子も多岐に渡るためundruggableな遺伝子と称され、詳細な分子メカニズムも未解明であったが、近年遺伝子変異の違いによって表現系が異なる可能性が示唆されている。KRAS遺伝子点突然変異subtypeに関する知見およびr癌化に関与する下流シグナルおよび抗腫瘍免疫を同定することで、新規治療戦略を探索するTranslational researchとして大きな意義を持つと考えられる。
