Outline of Annual Research Achievements

研究成果の概要（和文）：胃癌手術症例において周術期C-reactive to Albumin Ratio (CAR)の変化は独立した生存率と無再発生存に対する独立した予後因子となった．さらに周術期のCARの変化は，術後の合併症の発生頻度とも有意に関連していた．また，周術期のCARの変化は非癌死亡との関連も認めた．このため，胃癌において周術期の炎症栄養バイオマーカーの変化は，胃癌治療患者の重要の予後因子になる可能性が示唆された．
研究成果の概要（英文）：The aim of the present study was to clarify the clinical impact of change in CAR in gastric cancer patients who received curative treatment. The major finding is that a change in CAR is a significant risk factor in gastric cancer patients. In addition, a higher change in CAR is related to postoperative complications and lymph node recurrence. Moreover, CAR also related to other causes of death. Therefore, a change in CAR is a promising prognostic fac tor for gastric cancer patient.
