最近DNAの抽出、解析の手法は確立したが、実験の遂行に必要は助手の人員不足となり、実験の遂行が困難となった。前年度に得られた5症例からの、①大腸癌部、②非大腸癌部分、③腸粘膜、④①の分離に使用したシース液、⑤②の分離に使用したシース液の各々5検体のシークエンス結果は研究分担者によって解析を進めている。
