Outline of Final Research Achievements

In 2021, we reported the identification of ispinesib, an Eg5 inhibitor, as a new potential chemotherapeutic agent for pancreatic cancer using a drug library screening (Inhibitor library screening identifies ispinesib as a new potential Cancer Sci. 2021 Nov;112(11):4641-4654. doi: 10.1111/cas.15134. 今後は学会ならびに論文などに より各新規治療薬の有用性を報告していく。さらに樹立した癌オルガノイドモデルを用いて臨床応用の有用性の検討を進めていく。また癌横断的な薬剤ライブラリーによる新規治療薬の同定・検証も合わせて推進する。
