Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we aimed to control osteoblast differentiation under microgravity by examining gene expression and calcium deposition in mouse osteoblast-like cells, KUSA, using Alizarin Red staining, and to develop a bone filler that combines osteoblasts with a 3D collagen scaffold created using a 3D printer in a bone defect state. As a result, we were able to control cell differentiation in a microgravity environment and achieve research that will lead to the development of a 3D collagen scaffold.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
