Outline of Final Research Achievements |
It is known that one-third of all congenital anomalies involve craniofacial abnormalities. Among them, micrognathia is one of the most frequent congenital anomalies. The present study suggest the possibility that it is caused by changes in Hh and Wnt signaling.
