With the support of the Kakenhi grant, I have published four academic papers; three papers in the Internal journal of Hospitality management (IF 11.7) and one paper in the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services management (IF 10.4). The topics include ‘Exploring the effects of service innovation ambidexterity on service design in the tourism and hospitality industry’, ‘How entrepreneurial bricolage drives sustained competitive advantage of tourism and hospitality SMEs‘, Achieving sustained competitive advantage in retail and consumer service firms’, ‘ How self-gratification and social values shape revisit intention and customer loyalty of Airbnb customers’ and Exploring the visitors' decision-making process for Airbnb and hotel accommodations”.
