Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
I continued my research, identified one more crucial archive which I am currently evaluating and integrating, widening the reach of my project. In this context, I joined the Japan Bibliographical Database project in order to visualise and publicise the connections I identified. I presented results related to one major point (sound transition) at the BAJS conference.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
Keeping in mind last year's COVID-related delays, the new archive and connections opened up new avenues and while the project has taken on a slightly new direction, carving out the notion of creative networks more strongly, I am happy with the current state.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
I will keep analysing the collected material and keep developing the manuscript. I also plan on presenting the core argument at the EAJS conference in August.
