Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
In the third year, my research achievements are as follows: First, I completed two papers focusing on employee voice from a diversity perspective and presented both at the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management. These presentations provided an opportunity to receive valuable feedback that I am currently incorporating into revisions with the goal of submitting these papers for publication in the near future. Second, I completed a paper entitled "CQ and English Language Proficiency as Necessary Conditions for Expatriation Willingness", which examines the role of English language proficiency among host country nationals working in subsidiaries. This paper was accepted for presentation at the 84th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management. Third, throughout the year, I have been revising a conceptual paper that discusses the relationship between language diversity and employee voice. This revision process has been informed by various feedback from conferences and researchers. I plan to submit this paper to a top-tier journal soon.
