| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
The summary of the research activities for the year 2021 is as follows; First, necessary equipment and books related to the research project were purchased to officially start the research activities. Second, a small conference on research methodology was also conducted. Third, a comprehensive literature review of the research topic was also conducted to generate the review paper for publication and to identify the important gaps in the existing literature. Fourth, the conceptual study was presented at the domestic symposium. Fifth, one quantitative study and one experimental study were designed which are the in process of analysis and will be first submitted to the conference and then to the International Journal.

3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
The progress of research activities is smooth. However, the budget could not be used for international conferences because of travel restrictions. Additionally, an interview-based qualitative study could not be conducted because it is difficult to conduct the face to face interviews due to pandemics. I hope to overcome all the shortcomings this year. This year I am hoping to participate in the international conferences and will be able to travel domestically to conduct the interview for designing the qualitative study.

| Strategy for Future Research Activity |
According to the research proposal this year I will be conducting qualitative, experimental, and quantitative surveys. Research studies will be presented to international and domestic conferences. I will also organize the workshop by inviting the expert researcher about the cutting-edge research methodologies on the topic.

| Causes of Carryover |
The research budget for 2021 is to adjust in 2022 because I was unable to travel to international conferences because of the travel ban. Additionally, it was difficult to conduct face-to-face interviews because of the Pandemic. Now the travel restrictions are becoming easier, I hope I will be able to use this funding this year for conferences and to collect the qualitative data for my research. Additionally, the budget for this year will be used smoothly according to the research plan.
