Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
Last year one paper was presented at the EAMSA which Euro Asia management studies association conference and one was presented at the AIB Dubai conference which is the Academy of international business Conference. Both of them were international conferences which are held in Tokyo and Dubai. Two studies have already been prepared and are now ready to submit to the journal. I prepared three papers last year about mindfulness and entrepreneurship, religiosity and entrepreneurship, and the role of women in entrepreneurship. However, I could not conduct the experimental study and qualitative study because of Covid restrictions. This year their studies will be conducted and to be submitted to international conferences first and then to research journals.

Current Status of Research Progress |
Current Status of Research Progress
3: Progress in research has been slightly delayed.
Reason
I could not conduct some interviews and experimental studies because of the covid restrictions. Additionally, I could only attend one conference outside of Japan because of covid restrictions.
|
Strategy for Future Research Activity |
This year two international conferences will be targeted and two international journals will be targeted. This year my focus will be on qualitative studies and experimental studies which I could not conduct before because of the covid restrictions. My research is on the socio-psychological perspectives of entrepreneurship in Japan and I will try to study the contextual variables by doing interviews and experiments on business students.

Causes of Carryover |
