Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, (1) establishments with higher employment rates at employment transition support establishments that provide employment support for people with disabilities in Japan do not necessarily accept people with disabilities who find it difficult to find work.(2) In a follow-up survey, those with severe mental disorders who received IPS support differed in their ability to maintain their original employment. Now, they were able to get the job he wanted. They were able to work for a longer period of time than in the previous survey. It became clear that for people with disabilities who were recognized as individuals through IPS, the support provided emotional sustenance. (3)It was recognized that companies that employ people with disabilities are concerned about providing reasonable accommodation, and that understanding the meaning of reasonable accommodation is an issue.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
