In FY2023, a conceptual model for effective international partnership was developed based on case studies, interviews with practitioners and students in East Asian universities. The research explored several VSM programs offered by a Japanese national university in partnership with four research universities in China. The conceptual model was published at international academic journal and presented at an international conference.
