ペロブスカイト結晶-ナノ共振器を用いた低閾値かつ狭帯域ナノレーザーの開発

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究は、利得媒質のペロブスカイト結晶とファブリ・ペローナノ共振器の組み合わせによるサブnmオーダーのスペクトル半値幅と低閾値化、そしてレーザー発振波長の選択を同時に達成可能なナノレーザーの開発を目的とする。本年度は、ペロブスカイト結晶の利得媒質としての機能向上に向けてナノ結晶の超結晶化による非ジェミネート性非放射再結合の抑制の検討と微結晶の形成条件最適化を行った。また、半導体量子ドット-ナノ共振器における量子ドットの消光メカニズム、および金ナノ粒子薄膜上のペロブスカイトナノ結晶の蛍光増強メカニズムの検討についても行った。まず、二座配位子を用いることでペロブスカイトナノ結晶の超結晶化に成功した。形成した超結晶は分散したナノ結晶よりも長い蛍光寿命を示し、ナノ結晶薄膜に比べて非ジェミネート性非放射再結合が抑制されていることを明らかにした。この研究に基づいた論文はWiley-VCHのSmallに掲載された。また、マイクロメートルオーダーのペロブスカイト微結晶の結晶成長条件の最適化を行い、添加剤の濃度および反応温度と、微結晶のサイズや形状、そして蛍光特性との相関について明らかにした。この研究に基づいた論文はWiley-VCHのSmallに掲載された。次に、酸化チタン/金薄膜からなるナノ共振器上における量子ドットの消光が量子ドットからナノ共振器へのエネルギー移動によるものであり、ナノ共振器表面に金ナノ粒子を配置することでより高効率にエネルギー移動が起きることを明らかにした。この研究に基づいた論文はアメリカ化学会のJ. Phys. Chem. Cに掲載された。さらに、ペロブスカイトナノ結晶と金薄膜の系におけるエネルギー移動およびプラズモン結合を検討するため金ナノ粒子薄膜上ペロブスカイトナノ結晶の蛍光強度および寿命の時間変化の追跡を行った。この研究に基づいた論文は現在投稿準備中である。
