Outline of Annual Research Achievements

The research is going well as planned. We have been obtained several micro-consortia by platforms of micro-droplet and micro-well array device. The naphthalene-degrading ability of these micro-consortia was evaluated in glass test tube and the microbial community profiling was performed by 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing. We constructed the co-occurrence network to show the correlations among bacteria in naphthalene degrading micro-consortia. Several micro-consortia have been selected for investigation of microbial interactions during naphthalene degrading process by metagenomics and transcriptomic analysis. This research is preparing for publication. I attended several academic conferences and also did some international academic communication with other researcher.
