Outline of Annual Research Achievements

マーモセット多能性幹細胞から生殖腺体細胞を誘導するためにT/GATA4/OSR1/FOXF1/SF1/FOXL2遺伝子にそれぞれ蛍光レポーターを導入(ノックイン)した細胞株を複数樹立し、分化誘導の初期検討を行った。また、前年度より準備していた胎児マーモセット生殖腺細胞のシングルセル解析を実施し、得られたデータの解析によるクラスタリングやマーカー遺伝子の探索などを行なった。

順調に進展しているが、当該研究者の異動に伴い一時的に実験が停止する期間があった。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

今後は、レポーター細胞株の樹立・レポーター細胞の分化誘導・胎児生殖腺細胞との比較に関して結果を纏め、論文化を最優先事項として考えている。
