Outline of Annual Research Achievements

Angotensin IIの持続注射（400ng/Kg/min）の有無の条件で、WTマウス、NEP KOマウス、NEP αMHC－TGマウスで血圧を正常食塩食（0.35%）、および高食塩食（8%）での検討している。αMHC-TGマウスでのAngotensinIIの持続注射400ng/Kg/minでは生存率が悪いために、300ng/Kg/minで再度検討中である。飲水中へのL-NAME投与（0.5 mg/mL）でも同様のモデルマウスで検討中であるが、こちらもL-NAMEの飲水中の濃度を1.0 mg/mLで再検討中である。将来的には腎臓局所ACE KOマウスおよびこれらとNEPの遺伝子改変マウスとのdouble遺伝子改変マウスでも同様の条件で検討予定であり、マウス交配を行っている。

腎局所ACE KOマウスを他施設より譲渡していただき、現在交配にて実験に使用するマウスを作成中である。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

暴露因子であるangiotennsinIIおよびL-NAME投与量の微調節を行っているが、おおむね順調に進展している。
