| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
皮膚に濾胞を形成する疾患として木村病のサンプルを用いて、scRNAsequenceのライブラリーを作成・提出した。またそのサンプルに含まれるB細胞に焦点を当ててcell sorterで分離したCD20 陽性細胞のsubtypeをバルクRNAsequenceに提出した。既にそれらのデータを得ている。現在データ解析中である。また、B細胞に焦点を当ててリンパ濾胞の組織中の細胞の分布を可視化すべくimaging mass cytometryであるhyperionの抗体を20種類程度準備した。これに加え上記シークエンス解析の結果候補に挙がってくる、リンパ濾胞に特異的な新規のマーカーを追加してB細胞のsubtypeの分布をリンパ濾胞内で可視化する予定である。
