Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
This study provides solution for de-identified localization system by developing and evaluating the various IoT devices. IoT devices will identify users and upload their location information to the blockchain system. It also researches, develops, and tests lightweight blockchain system. The LPWA-based lightweight blockchain platform will help in the project implement the trusted location. Also, the research in this year explores how to extend locators to more platforms and use more methods to obtain trusted and de-identified spatiotemporal information.

2: Research has progressed on the whole more than it was originally planned.
Reason
This study is progressing well as expected. However, it is affected by chip shortage, covid19, and delayed international logistics. Some of the equipment delivery period has been delayed.

Strategy for Future Research Activity |
Future research will focus on the identification and localization of terminal devices. Through the integration of wireless fingerprinting and channel state information based positioning, it is expected to be able to provide trusted de-identified spatiotemporal information.

Causes of Carryover |
Due to the epidemic and chip shortage and logistics delays, international conferences, equipment purchases couldn't proceed as expected. The remaining budget from the previous year will continue to be executed after the various impacts have been mitigated.
