Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本課題は、生細胞内における生体分子の局在と高次構造を同時可視化する新規分子配向イメージング法・超解像顕微鏡法を確立することを目的とした。このために、研究代表者が取り組んできた二光子顕微鏡法をベースとした分子配向イメージング法 (Goto et al., Front. Phys. 2019) と超解像イメージング技術 (Otomo et al., Biomed. Opt. Express 2018; Ishii et al., Biomed. Opt. Express 2019) の深化と融合に取り組んだ。
最終年度は、前年度までに構築してきた超解像顕微鏡システムの新規技術要素である時間分解検出による空間分解能向上について、原著論文を投稿し、受理された (Ishii et al., PLOS One 2023)。
主目的である生体分子イメージングについては、本課題により技術基盤が確立したことから、継続的に実験に取り組んでいるので、いずれ成果報告したい。
