Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The result of this study is that in the methodological attitude of ethnomethodology, which describes phenomena in accordance with the orientation of the participants in practice, the analysis of interactions in case conferences describes how the review of cases is at the same time a matter of establishing differences in expertise and scope of work, as well as educating newcomers and residents. In doing so, I have identified a foundation that allows professionals of different specialties to collaborate within the multifaceted nature of the case conference.

Academic Significance and Societal Importance of the Research Achievements |
本研究の学術的意義は、特定の症例検討会における相互行為をエスノメソドロジー研究の観点から分析することで、ケース(症例)を検討する場面として自明視されてきた症例検討会の特徴に、当人たちが込めている意義や位置づけを分析的に付け加えたことである。 このようにして得られた学術的意義は、実践の参与者たちが改めて自分たちの活動を振り返り、自身の専門性について考える材料を提供し得る。また、精神医学的知識について、教科書的な見方とは異なる仕方で理解する可能性を拡げ得る点で、社会的な意義を有する。
