This project aimed to analyze the properties of dense active systems, such as bacterial baths, at both micro and macroscopic levels. We investigated the spatiotemporal dynamics of bacteria in two-dimensional confinement and estimated the correlation functions that characterize their dynamics. During this process, we made an interesting discovery: at high densities, bacterial cells enter a kinetically arrested phase.
