Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Our new findings include autophagy inhibition and DNA-damage response induction with p97/VCP knock-down. Furthermore, we synthesized several novel chemical compounds by modifying OSSL_325096, and some of these compounds showed anti-proliferative activity against the KMS12PE myeloma cell line. Detailed mechanisms and molecular activities for these compounds are under investigation.
