Research Abstract |
We studied the molecular mechanisms of synaptic plasticity in this project. Inparticular, we focused on the GRIP protein on AMPA receptor trafficking, which plays a key role insynaptic plasticity expression. It turned out that GRIP is located in exocyst and play an importantfunction in AMPA receptor cell surface expression. In addition, we have established a system toaccurately introduce exogenous gene into hippocampus to study synaptic plasticity in vivo.
