| Research Abstract |
This study is to review the new after-school program for elementary school children announced in 2007 called “After School Children Plan” in regards to (1) how to formulate a plan for after-school care program in relation with other programs for all children, and (2) how to proceed with after-school program for elementary school children within local community, through domestic hearing survey and questionnaire survey. In addition, to know the current conditions and issues of after-school programs in other countries, the field survey was conducted in Sweden, Canada and New Zealand and used asa reference in considering (1) and (2) in above.
