| Research Abstract |
A social work practice model was designed and developed according to the M-D&D (modified design and development) procedures to manage social resources in a comprehensive manner to help child caretakers fulfill their tasks. A set of navigation programs was developed for a childcare concierge (social worker) to help caretakers on the spot at various child rearing support centers.
