Research Abstract |
Self-Assembling organizationof semiconductor nanocrystals based on Pb(II), Eu(III) and Cd(II) chalcogenideswere studied and their fine tunings was investigated. EuS-PbS hybrid semiconductors were prepared for the first time and their enhanced opto-magnetic properties were demonstrated.
