| Research Abstract |
本研究では、金融危機後も引き続き成長が期待される中国・アジア、インド、東欧・ロシア、南米などの新興地域の経営戦略について、市場研究とものづくり研究を融合させ、設計から製造、販売、サービスにいたるまでのトータルプロセスとしてこれらの国や地域への参入・浸透問題を捉える。総合的な製造業分析という一貫した視点から、新興国市場で展開される国際競争の動向を多面的に分析し、各々の多国籍企業の競争優位性がどう構築・発揮されるかを検証していく。複数の多国籍企業が参入する新興国市場で市場研究とものづくり研究をクロスさせることで、新興諸国の各地域の市場特性、各国の企業のアーキテクチャや組織能力の特徴や優位性、トータルプロセスを向上させる方策などを具体的に明らかにしてきた。最終年度である25年度は、調査は若干のフォローアップにとどめ、成果の発表とまとめに力を注いだ。調査としては、中国、ベトナムの追加調査を実施したほか、新しい地域として南アフリカの日系製造業の動向を調査した。成果発表は、とくに海外での発表を重視した。フィンランド・タンペレ工科大学主催シンポジウムでの基調講演、中国・浙江大学でのシンポジウム、アメリカで開催されたGlobal Supply Chain Management学会での発表を行った。26年6月には欧州の学会であるGERPISAとEUROMAでそれぞれ発表する予定である。また、各種論文を発表したほか、本研究プロジェクトの集大成である『新興国市場戦略』は最終校正段階で、本年7月頃出版予定である。
