Research Abstract

Most radicals which occurred during exercise are removed by antioxidant system, but some radicals will damage protein, lipids and DNA. This study investigated availability of the antioxidant during Fuji mountain climbing, effect of the aging on oxidative stress and responsiveness of HIF-1α mRNA expression.
