Research Abstract |
We carried out a series of studies by using subjective evaluation criteria in order to design educational materials to enhance learners’ motivation based on expectancy theory of motivation. Some case examples, including a tablet computer educational material, reading material, contract document, and website, were provided to demonstrate some ways to set up psychological experiments with subjective evaluation and to provide some design principles for easy-to-understand materials. In addition, we investigated the effect of the question and answer layout on survey forms as a problem when using subjective evaluation.
