Research Abstract

To clear the molecular pathways associated with the telomerase suppressor role of PITX1 in cancers
we carried out LC/MS proteomics analysis and identified DDX5 as a counter part of PITX1.
Furthermore, we found that PITX1 might serve as a novel biomarker for malignant melanomas (CMM).
