品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントの実践強化のための品質・信頼性評価法に関する研究

Research Abstract

本年度は,実際のソフトウェアプロジェクトにおいて,ソフトウェア品質・信頼性に影響を及ぼすプロセス要因分析およびソフトウェア信頼性モデリングのための数理的アプローチ開発のために,次の計画と方法に従って研究を進め,所期の研究成果を得た.
(1)ソフトウェア開発作業を円滑に進めて予定の期間とコストの範囲内で品質の高いソフトウェア製品を開発するために,品質指向ソフトウェアマネジメントにおける開発上流工程での有意なプロセス要因として導出された品質保証要因およびマネジメント要因が,品質・信頼性に及ぼす影響度合いを考察した.特に,実際のプロジェクトマネジメントを支援する「プロセス監視」活動を重視し,有意なプロセス要因を抽出できた.
(2)(1)のプロセス要因から開発早期段階において,最終製品品質をはじめとするプロジェクト評価尺度QCD(Quality,Cost,Delivery:品質,コスト(開発工数・予算),納期(開発期間))を予測するためのソフトウェアマネジメントモデル導出過程の手順化と,下流工程であるテスト工程における品質・信頼性要因との関係把握を行った.このとき,実際のデータに多変量解析法を適用し,QCDに対する予測精度の高いソフトウェアマネジメントモデルを導出できた.
(3)(1)および(2)を踏まえて,適切かつ実践的なソフトウェア信頼性モデリングのための統計手法および確率論(特に確率過程)を検討し,(2)で導出したソフトウェアマネジメントモデルを組込んだソフトウェア信頼性モデルのプロトタイプについて議論できた.
