| Research Abstract |
This research has revealed some possibilities and problems for career construction, based upon the investigation on 47 female engineers in total.Then the exploration on career education at Colleges of Technology in Japan has been carried out, which resulted in some proposals for career education at Colleges of Technology with a gender perspective involved.
