| Research Abstract |
本研究の最終年度に当たる本年度は、研究の質の向上のための追加の聞き取り調査を行うと同時に学会発表を行い、論文の執筆を行った。本研究の基盤となる研究プロジェクトの開始がミュンヘン大学在職中であったことから、学会発表および論文執筆は英語を用いて行っている。具体的には、学会発表では、Baptist University, Hong Kongで開催された国際カンファレンスに参加し、The change of the district resulting from formation and collapse of industrial accumulation; A case study of the East Germany Cityという発表を行った。（本発表は論文として取りまとめ中である。）論文では、Production of Culture and Human Resource Management on Japanese Automotive Industry. とConvergence Structure of Knowledge in Collaborative Networks in the Japanese Car Industry: How does Human Resource Management Respond to the New Challenge? の2本が海外の英文学術誌に投稿中である。英文ジャーナルは査読から掲載までに時間がかかるため、2013年度も継続してアウトプットを出すことにしている。
