| Research Abstract |
We tried to analyze on Community Regeneration Program and Reform Strategies concerning on Japan, UK, South Korea and Mongolia using comparative research method. We gained some new findings in UK, Korea and Japan’s cases. Mongolia is now ongoing university reform process and challenge of university contribution to the Community is next agenda. University people’s consciousness of COC (Center of Community) is still developing stage.
