Research Abstract |
The copolymer particles for removal of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)were prepared by suspension copolymerization of -cyclodextrin (CyD) and1,6-hexamethylenediisocyanate. The copolymer (CyD content: 14-20 mol%) could selectivelyremoved LPS from a DNA solution (50 g/ml) containing LPS (15 EU/ml) at pH 6 and ionicstrength (u) of 0.05-0.2.
